  • The first and foremost thing, that you need to keep in mind is, you must be 17 years old to take UK driving test.

  • Another thing that you need to keep in mind is, you must have a provisional license of Great Britain or North Ireland.

  • You need to have a good eye sight and you must be able to read a new style number plate from a distance of 20meters. You can use spectacles or contact lenses if you need.

  • You must also have a look at the condition of the vehicle you are driving. It should be ready for run, properly taxed and insured.

  • Your vehicle must have a L plate on the front and back, when in wales it must have L and D plates.

  • You must be with a skilled and qualified driver, who is more than 21 years old and has a full car driving license for minimum three years. We would suggest, that you must take your driving lessons from an approved driving instructor.
